WE ALSO EXTEND ASSISTANCE FOR DISTRESSED FILIPINOS AS APPROPRIATE.

PASSPORTS

Passport services for renewal, replacement of lost and mutilated passport, passport for infants, and for dual citizens.

NBI Clearance (New and Renewal)

Fingerprinting for NBI form.

CIVIL REGISTRY

Includes Reports of Birth, Marriages, Death, and and Civil Registry Correction.

AFFIDAVITS AND NOTARIAL SERVICES

Acknowledgments ( such as Special Powers of Attorney, General Powers of Attorney, Deeds of Sale, Deeds of Donation, Contracts, SSS/GSIS forms, Extrajudicial Settlement, etc.)

Jurat (such as Affidavit of Support and Consent, Parental Travel Permits, Complaints, Applications for Marriage License and Oaths of Professionals).

Reacquiring Philippine Citizenship

Applications to reacquire Philippine citizenship are by mail. After evaluation, in person oath taking will be scheduled.
